Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items, including all original packaging and tags, and place the printed return shipping label securely on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your dance gear back to our distribution center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
